A significant element of our human resource programme aims to provide opportunities for local jobseekers and young people to benefit from training and job opportunities. We participate in the annual Career Forum to promote our airports’ activities to the event’s visitors and to introduce them to the high and multi-skilled professional careers offered at our companies.
We aim to enhance the skills and career prospects of workers, increasing the employability of new entrants to the labour market and the prospects of those seeking work. An example of this is the apprenticeship programme which offers eligible students from various educational establishments a great opportunity to earn a practical experience at our airports.
Our airports employ over 1,000 staff (set to increase with the opening of Preah Sihanouk International Airport) and are always on the lookout for committed and enthusiastic people who can deliver great customer service.
