- MAWB/HAWB will be required to present in original
- Fill consignee check-list, available at import document counter

| | | A: | No, outside of admin hour will require approval for releasing from chief of custom or his/her deputy at cargo terminal. |
| Export Cargo |

| | 1 | Q: | When and how can shipper/agent deliver export cargo at warehouse? |
| | | A: | When: - During operating hours (in the evening later than 05:00pm will be required to inform cargo warehouse in advance)
- Export cargo must be completed and properly packaging requirements, handling label and shipping mark, etc.
- Shipper/Agent will be required to provide document for transportation by air (MAWB/HAWB)
- Shipper/Agent will be required to fill out shipper check-list (available at export acceptance)
